| I went for a 55 minute run, but had to add a little bit to run to the bathroom. In the middle I was feeling pretty good so I sprinkled four 1 minute pickups in and got a 30 secound negative split (probably because of the urgency to use the toilet).

| I had an easy 15 minute morning run then ran up a huge hill, like it could eat all the other hills I've ever ran, for a forty minute afternoon run.

| Had weights this morning then an easy 15 minute run. Ran down a hill for 20min then back up for an easy 40 minute run, but I feeling kinda flat today.

| For the past week, I have not been able to run, due to an injury. It felt amazing to get back to running, even if it was only an easy 25-minute run.

| I have not run in a while because of various reasons (tendinitis, injured head, sickness, etc.). I only ran about 30 minutes, but I was dying physically while flying mentally. You do not realize how much something means to you until you no longer have it, that's how runnings been for me.

| I was a little sore today, but it felt good to run a little longer; though I am frustrated that I can't run as well as I could before I got injured. I only ran 40 minutes, although I focused on my form the whole time and felt pretty good about it.
A few of my friends' blogs have done random things, so I thought why not. Random thought of the day: "An entire sea of water can't sink a ship unless it gets inside the ship. Similarly, the negativity of the world can't put you down unless you allow it to get inside you."
