I broke 7 min on my mile which I've been working on for a few months. Last cross season I PRed by 7.52 from my first race on that course to my last.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Mile time under 6.30 and 5K under 21.31
Long-Term Running Goals:
I would like to run a marathon after High School
This is my first entry so if I'm doing it wrong, please tell me.
I went for a 55 minute run, but had to add a little bit to run to the bathroom. In the middle I was feeling pretty good so I sprinkled four 1 minute pickups in and got a 30 secound negative split (probably because of the urgency to use the toilet).
