I broke 7 min on my mile which I've been working on for a few months. Last cross season I PRed by 7.52 from my first race on that course to my last.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Mile time under 6.30 and 5K under 21.31
Long-Term Running Goals:
I would like to run a marathon after High School
Had weights this morning then an easy 15 minute run. Ran down a hill for 20min then back up for an easy 40 minute run, but I feeling kinda flat today.
15min warm then 5x100 striders, then 3x4min w/4min rec, 1:30min w/2min rec, 2:15, cool for 10min.
I had an easy 15 minute morning run then ran up a huge hill, like it could eat all the other hills I've ever ran, for a forty minute afternoon run.
