I broke 7 min on my mile which I've been working on for a few months. Last cross season I PRed by 7.52 from my first race on that course to my last. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Mile time under 6.30 and 5K under 21.31

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would like to run a marathon after High School

I have not run in a while because of various reasons (tendinitis, injured head, sickness, etc.). I only ran about 30 minutes, but I was dying physically while flying mentally. You do not realize how much something means to you until you no longer have it, that's how runnings been for me.

I was a little sore today, but it felt good to run a little longer; though I am frustrated that I can't run as well as I could before I got injured. I only ran 40 minutes, although I focused on my form the whole time and felt pretty good about it.

A few of my friends' blogs have done random things, so I thought why not. Random thought of the day: "An entire sea of water can't sink a ship unless it gets inside the ship. Similarly, the negativity of the world can't put you down unless you allow it to get inside you."
