I broke 7 min on my mile which I've been working on for a few months. Last cross season I PRed by 7.52 from my first race on that course to my last. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Mile time under 6.30 and 5K under 21.31

I would like to run a marathon after High School

I have not run in a while because of various reasons (tendinitis, injured head, sickness, etc.). I only ran about 30 minutes, but I was dying physically while flying mentally. You do not realize how much something means to you until you no longer have it, that's how runnings been for me.

Is the beach form good? I can't tell, but I do need to improve anyways. That was something I worked a lot on today, it felt different but good.
