I broke 7 min on my mile which I've been working on for a few months. Last cross season I PRed by 7.52 from my first race on that course to my last.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Mile time under 6.30 and 5K under 21.31
Long-Term Running Goals:
I would like to run a marathon after High School
For the past week, I have not been able to run, due to an injury. It felt amazing to get back to running, even if it was only an easy 25-minute run.
